Founded in 2004, The CATT-Rath Senior ConNEXTions and Education Center's mission is to provide seniors ages 50+ with education, leadership, advocacy, resources, and services enabling them to age with independence and dignity. This mission is realized through a variety of educational and support program offerings. In addition, a network of providers and agency partners connects seniors to the services they need.
With tremendous growth since its beginning, the CATT-Rath Center continually pursues the latest research, grants and resources available to connect the aging population to new opportunities and services. The center also serves as host to a number of meetings for groups that provide housing, transportation, health care, social services, and mental health interventions.
