As the brain grows older, it gradually loses speed, accuracy and recording strength for processing information from the senses. This results in a progressive loss of memory and other cognitive abilities. The Brain Fitness Program features a variety of computer-based exercises. These exercises speed up and sharpen how the brain processes and remembers. The program cost is $50.00 and times are scheduled by the participant over a six week period.
